Penny Hoarder Issues “Urgent” Alert: 6 Companies Are… Plans underway for historic Pike County celebration Brockmann said 13,000 votes were cast in the 2020 Pet Photo contest.“At a dollar a vote, that means we will again be able to offer the HSPC’s annual spay/neuter program in the spring,” she said. “Having dogs and cats spayed/neutered will greatly reduce the number of unwanted and unloved dogs and cats in Pike County.”Brockmann said the beginning date for the HSPC spay/neuter program will be announced in the next few weeks. The Humane Society of Pike County will meet at 6 p.m. Monday, February 10, at the Charles Henderson Child Health Center meeting room.Donna Brockmann, society president, said all animal-loving people are invited to the meeting.“The Humane Society of Pike County would like to extend a special invitation to all ‘parents’ whose ‘animal children’ are featured in our 2020 Pet Photo Calendar,” Brockmann said. “On Monday night, are hosting our Second Annual Greet Treat so we hope that everyone will make plans to attend.
